Max found his way to Coastal Maine after crewing on the schooners in Camden and after spending many years living on the coast of California. Max is a photographer, musician, sailor and recently a father to twin girls. He loves being a part of the crew at Handy Boat, working with everyone to get the job done.

Roger has been in the marine industry for 55 years, and has taught marine technicians for 15 years and regularly teaches marine technologies for ABYC and others all over the USA.
Roger is married with a grown son, enjoys sailing and riding his motorcycle all over the country.

Jennipher Greven
Human Recourses
Jennipher serves as HR Manager for both Handy Boat Services and Dockside Grill. She prides herself on her deep experience supporting both employees and families over her 20-year career and welcomes those interested in employment at either Handy Boat or Dockside to reach out for a conversation. She resides in Falmouth with her husband, four children, and pet Sheep-a-doodle, Reagan. Some of her favorite activities include boating on Casco Bay, beach days with the kids, and alpine skiing in the winter.
